Everyone called him Mr. Best

BARBADOS (Naked Departure) — MR. BEST — Naked, my father took a long, long, long time to dead!  He used to smoke, drink and womanize, Naked he was a Nelson Street dog but still he lasted till he was real old.

Naked, when my father dead, I was at the funeral crying and breaking down.  People had to hold me up.  I did he eulogy and I got up there in the front of the church and professed he was a good father.  I think I even said the word ‘great’ Naked, not only good but a great father.  Naked, everybody was looking and me and nodding.  When I done and was walking through the crowd, people were touching me Naked, and saying my father was a good man and some people were actually crying Naked.  Naked, I felt good, good, good!

But Naked, the five children I have fah my father.  I gone.    Anonymous (Some grammatical corrections made by ND.)

  1. Some of you people here like wunna live in a bubble I have a feeling ya all like to have an opinion but you all are lost to the things that actually happen in this lovely Barbados. Take off wunna blinkers it’s impeding wunna vision

  2. Yes, you might have been coerced into the first situation, and that’s quite awful to live down. However, there’s no explanation for 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th child. You may have needed great psychological help, but no branch of psychiatry can unravel his mind or yours. The first time you were a victim, the others are not his fault alone, unless you are differently able, with diminished mental capacity. I don’t intend to be harsh, but you numbed any sympathy, I had for your situation.
